24-week follow along program: This 24 week program includes 3 Stages from beginner to advanced. Each stage is 8 weeks with 4 phases in each stage that progressively build on one another

No Appointments: No need to find time to schedule an appointment with your busy schedule or even leave the comfort of your home. All exercises can be safely performed at home or at any location of your choice with minimal equipment required.

Self-Paced: Go as quickly or as slowly as you want through the program. Exercises are done on your time and at your convenience.

Who is this program designed for?

This program is designed for anyone dealing with knee pain who wants to avoid having surgery, receiving injections or taking medications. It is also designed for individuals who are ready to build the strength in their legs, improve their mobility and decrease the pain in their knees.

How long will it take before I see progress?

You should notice a reduction in pain and stiffness within the first 4 weeks. In weeks 8-12 you should feel a significant improvement in overall strength and mobility. In weeks 16-20 you will notice a major functional improvement and progression towards exercises you never though would be possible again. Finally, in weeks 20-24 you will be back to all of the activities that you love to do without restriction.

Do I need special equipment to perform the exercises?

NO! All of the exercises can be completed with minimal equipment. The most equipment you will need will be simple therabands (looped resistance bands), a foam roller, a small step and a few small weights as you progress. However, all of this equipment can usually be swapped out for simple household items as an alternative.

How long does each set of exercises take to perform and what's included?

Each set of exercises generally takes between 15-25 minutes to perform depending on how quickly you progress between each exercise. As you become more comfortable with the system, the time it takes to complete the exercises generally decreases. The program includes 12 different programs that all last 2 weeks with a combination of strength and mobility exercises to decrease your overall knee pain and improve your function.

What is the cost?

After your 7-day FREE TRIAL, the cost of the program is $50/month billed on a 28-day cycle. The auto-subscription inside of the app can be turned off at any time with no penalty.
